Why NorthRidge Exists

NorthRidge Solution was built around one idea: a recruiting process shouldn’t depend on which person you happen to get. Before we ran a single search, we built the intake standard, the vetting checklist and the communication cadence every search would run through — and only then started taking on clients.

The firm is owned and operated by two founding partners, who hold every search without exception to that same process.

I’m a co-founder of NorthRidge Solution, where I lead how we find and reach the people our clients need.

Most hiring starts with movement. Post the role, wait, sort the pile, and call the volume a search. It looks like progress. A real search starts earlier than that, in the part everyone rushes through: deciding precisely who you’re looking for.

My background is in analytics. I have a BS in Statistics and Data Science from the University of Arizona, with a minor in computer science. What stayed with me wasn’t the data. It was seeing how often the answer was already fixed before anyone touched a keyboard, decided by whoever framed the question. Frame it well and the work becomes collection rather than search. Frame it badly and no amount of effort downstream will save you.

So I don’t cast a net. I write down who we need first, tradeoffs included, and then go get that person. Slower on day one, faster by day ten.

I spent five years in the United States, mostly in Tucson, and traveled across much of the country, from the Bay Area to New York. I still go back, and I’ve kept the network I built there. That’s what matters for our clients: you’re not handing your search to someone reading your market from a distance. You’re handing it to someone who still works in it.

I’m a co-founder of NorthRidge Solution, where I lead how we vet and place talent for our clients.

Before this, I spent years in law, working through corporate and tax litigation; reading contracts for what they actually commit you to and learning that the details people skip are usually the ones that matter most. That’s the lens I bring to hiring; nothing reaches a client’s inbox until it’s been checked against the criteria we agreed on, not matched by keyword and called a day.

I’m based in India and work closely with clients across the United States and Europe, building the vetting process and client relationships that make NorthRidge Solution run the way it does — precise, accountable, and available on your clock, not just ours.
